***Job Description :-***The Assistant HR Manager supports the Human Resources Manager in overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies, and managing employee-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
This role acts as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
- Ensure effective onboarding and retention programs
3. Employee Relations
- Maintain a positive work environment and handle employee grievances
- Lead disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
4. Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Monitor KPIs and employee productivity
- Identify training needs and oversee development programs
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations and team supervision
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR reporting
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage salary structures and benefits programs
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices
- Oversee payroll coordination with finance
7. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
- Handle audits and legal HR matters
8. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of HR staff
- Drive continuous improvement within the HR function
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
