Role Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team.
• Care for drapes, upholstery, delicate linens, and other luxurious fabrics using appropriate procedures.
• Select and safely use suitable cleaning agents and chemicals for high-end textiles and furnishings.
• Inspect all areas regularly and promptly report or address cleanliness issues.
• Assist with laundry operations, including linen and uniform care and coordination with third-party providers.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory to support stock control and efficient resource use.
• Coordinate with other departments during events and for special member requirements.
• Handle member enquiries and service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping health and safety standards.
• Support floral arrangements in public areas in coordination with suppliers.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping operations experience in a luxury hotel, private members’ club, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Experience should include at least some supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings and their proper maintenance.
• Experience with floral display upkeep, laundry operations, linen and uniform care, and third-party laundry coordination.
• Ability to support housekeeping supervision, staff training, and day-to-day coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
