About The Arts Club Dubai
The Arts Club Dubai is a private members’ club located in DIFC within ICD Brookfield Place.
The Club spans four floors and 65,000 square feet and provides members with hospitality, comfort and personalised service.
Role Overview
The Club is seeking a knowledgeable Head of Cigars to join from September 2026.
The role oversees smooth service in the Cigar Lounge and focuses on member and guest satisfaction while maintaining Club standards and procedures.
What You Will Do
- Curate and manage the cigar programme, ensuring the cigar list has accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
- Manage humidor storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality.
- Build supplier relationships and source premium and exclusive cigars.
- Recommend cigar, wine and spirit pairings for members and guests.
- Host tastings and share cigar expertise with members and the wider team.
- Assist members and guests with cigar selections and deliver attentive service.
- Maintain humidors, displays and lounge areas to Club standards.
- Train and develop the team on cigar knowledge, storage and service excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- An internationally recognised professional certification.
- Excellent level of English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with flexibility.
- Excellent team management, communication and listening skills.
- Integrity in all dealings and a high level of confidentiality.
