Role overview

What you will do

• Support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team.
• Care for luxury fabrics, drapes, upholstery, and delicate linens using appropriate procedures.
• Select and safely use suitable cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Inspect areas regularly and address or report cleanliness issues.
• Assist with laundry operations, including uniforms, linens, and third-party providers.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with departments during events and for special member requirements.
• Handle member enquiries and service-related issues.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Support floral arrangements in public areas in coordination with suppliers.

What we are looking for

• 2-4 years of housekeeping operations experience in a luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• At least some supervisory responsibility and the ability to support housekeeping training and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of high-end textiles, fabrics, furnishings, and their maintenance.
• Experience with laundry operations, linen and uniform care, and third-party laundry providers.
• Floral display upkeep experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
