Role Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team.
• Help maintain outstanding cleanliness and organization across all club areas.
• Ensure luxurious fabrics, drapes, upholstery, and delicate linens are cared for using appropriate methods.
• Support the selection and safe use of cleaning agents and chemicals for textiles, fabrics, and furnishings.
• Inspect areas regularly and report or address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Assist with laundry operations, including uniforms, linens, and coordination with third-party providers.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory and support effective stock control.
• Coordinate with other departments during events and for special member requirements.
• Assist with member enquiries and service-related issues and ensure prompt professional resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within housekeeping operations.
• Support the upkeep of floral arrangements in public areas in coordination with suppliers.

Experience and Skills

• 2–4 years of housekeeping operations experience in a luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• At least some supervisory responsibility in housekeeping operations.
• Strong knowledge of high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings, including their care and maintenance.
• Exposure to floral display upkeep in public areas is advantageous.
• Experience assisting with laundry operations, including linen and uniform care, and coordinating with third-party providers.
• Proven ability to support team supervision, training, and day-to-day coordination of housekeeping staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
