Job Description

Security Duties

• Manage entry and exit points and verify identification and credentials.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, theft, trespassing, and other security violations.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to identify threats and safety hazards.
• Maintain records and prepare incident reports for management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Coordinate with authorities and emergency services and assist with security investigations.

Member and Guest Support

• Assist members, guests, and colleagues with directions and information.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a visible presence and vigilance to deter potential security threats.

Experience and Qualifications

• A SIRA license or certificate is mandatory.
• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of security experience in the luxury hospitality industry is required.
• Strong proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are desirable.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is advantageous.
