The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a knowledgeable Head of Cigars to elevate the cigar experience for members and guests.
The role is responsible for the smooth running of service in the Cigar Lounge and for maintaining high Club standards and procedures.
The successful candidate is expected to join the team from September 2026.
What you will do
- Curate and manage the cigar programme, keeping the cigar list current with accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
- Manage humidors, storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality.
- Build supplier relationships and source premium and exclusive cigars.
- Provide cigar, wine and spirit pairing recommendations for members and guests.
- Host tastings and share cigar expertise with members and the wider team.
- Assist members and guests with cigar selections and attentive service.
- Maintain humidors, cigar displays and lounge areas to Club standards.
- Train and develop the team on cigar knowledge, storage and service excellence.
What we are looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- An internationally recognized professional certification.
- An excellent level of English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with flexibility.
- Excellent team-management, communication and listening skills.
- Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
