Overview
- The selected candidate will support our award-winning Emirates Sky Cargo division, which operates a dedicated fleet of 13 Boeing 777F freighters (with more on order) as well as utilizing Emirates passenger aircraft to over 135 destinations worldwide.
- Reporting to the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel within the legal team, this role will act as the strategic legal partner to Emirates SkyCargo, providing practical and effective advice to the business on a broad range of legal matters (including commercial contracts, M&A, regulatory matters and litigation).
- In this role you will:
- Have the opportunity to work on high quality, complex cross-border commercial transactions and regulatory matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- Advise and assist our industry leading clients with commercial contract involving drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising agreements across the entire Emirates SkyCargo business.
- Provide general legal advice on day-to-day matters and support our leadership and compliance teams in respect of a range of disputes and regulatory investigations.
- Become an integral part of the global legal team supporting the world s largest international airline and one of the world s most dynamic aviation groups.
