Role Overview
Assistant Front Office Manager role at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
The role supports front office leadership, guest satisfaction, team development, and hotel revenue initiatives.
Planning and Organising
- Assist with preparation of the Front Office team budget.
- Plan and implement training plans for Front Office team members.
- Conduct associate training in IT systems and guest-service procedures and monitor its success.
- Maintain full knowledge of the property's property management and call centre computer systems.
Front Office Operations
- Supervise the functioning of departmental team members and facilities.
- Maximize product and service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed through training and performance monitoring.
- Capture current best practices in new front office operating standards.
- Drive hotel sales and promotional programs, including property upselling.
- Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate VIP and special-request actions with relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain a motivational working environment.
- Provide coaching, counseling, support, and guidance to associates.
- Keep associates informed about hotel products, services, room types, rates, facilities, and promotions.
