About the Role
AccorHotel seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to ensure revenue targets are met, control costs, and manage outlet and banqueting operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, staff scheduling, and maintaining service standards.

- Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved
- Control operating expenses and monitor costs
- Assist in formulating the Annual Operating Budget
- Manage outlet and banqueting operations according to concept statements
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check performance periodically
- Establish and adhere to par stocks for operating equipment and supplies
- Assist in running day to day operations of outlets and banquets when necessary
- Plan outlet weekly rosters and work schedules
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and enquiries on food, beverage, and service
- Monitor and analyze menus and products of competitive restaurants and bars
- Plan and implement effective sales plans and promotional activities
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and develop young talents
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage management, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of operating standards and departmental procedures
- Ability to handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in inventory management and cashiering procedures
- Experience in staff scheduling and performance appraisals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
