Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved.
  • Adhere to established operating expenses and control all costs.
  • Participate in formulating the Annual Operating Budget.
  • Ensure outlets and banqueting operations are managed efficiently according to concept statements.
  • Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check performance periodically.
  • Establish and adhere to par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in running day to day operations of outlets and banquets when necessary.
  • Plan outlet weekly rosters and work schedules.
  • Handle all guest complaints, requests, and enquiries on food, beverage, and service.
  • Monitor and analyze menus and products of competitive restaurants and bars.
  • Plan and implement effective sales plans and promotional activities.
  • Conduct employee performance appraisals and develop young talents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage management with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of operating standards, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in cashiering procedures and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
