Assistant Finance Manager – Real Estate Experience

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support financial system migration projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and transitions.
• Analyze existing finance processes and map them to the target system.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support configuration of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Reporting finance modules.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal controls during migration.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, migration documentation, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve system and data issues.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Provide training and functional support to finance users after migration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 6–7 years of relevant GL experience in real estate or construction is stated in the description.
• Hands-on experience in finance system or ERP migration, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Experience with data migration, validation, and controls testing.
• Good understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Pay is AED 13,000–AED 15,000 per month.
