About The Role

Responsibiliti

• esAccountable for the Profitability of assigned service contracts or Engineering system
• s.Motivate and lead subordinates to execute and perform job responsibilities for maximum productivity while maintaining a high degree of mora
• l.Creating, Developing & Reviewing Preventive Maintenance schedules as required to upkeep the equipment/facilities of assigned operational areas in optimum operational condition at all the times with downtime minimiz
• e.Attending to client daily, weekly, monthly meetings as required, find meaningful remedial/corrective actions when responding to client complaints this includes visiting and discussing with the client/end user of his/her dissatisfaction/ comment
• s.Escalate matters beyond the operational responsibility to Facilities Manager / Contract Manager as appropriat
• e.The production of the periodic progress reports as required by the Client and Facilities / Contract Manage
• r.Assist in Designing and developing operational procedures taking into account health and safety, quality and environment concer
• n.Co-ordinate the supervisory staff to execute the PM & other maintenance work
• s.Periodic site visits to ensure the work is executed as per the time and cost effectively meeting best industry practice
• s.Ensuring that all sub contracted staff used on operational delivery are approved and competent for the specific task
• s.Maintenance of a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors engaged by the company and fully aware of Client EHS & Q policie
• s.The production of estimates / proposals as required for refurbishment projects or variation
• s.Responsible for ensuring proper surveying, preparing of snag reports, taking over and managing DLP & warranties of all new facilities falls within the assigned contract or Engineering system/
• s.Assist implementing audits of contract performance of assigned service contract or Engineering system/s from a technical perspective; add value to the contract through conducting maintenance reviews, trend analysis and identifying prevention solutions including energy managemen
• t.Contributing to continuous improvement and drive for value for mone
• y.Responsible for ensuring the availability of assigned staff at all the times for schedule works and emergency requirements meeting the required service delivery level
• s.Review availability of all required minimum stock levels of essential parts & materials at all the times delivering the services with downtime minimiz
• e.Review/Approve purchase requests as required by the work
• s.Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to tim
