Role Overview
Support the hotel's overall sales strategy, revenue generation, client relationships, and sales team performance.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and other departments to support hotel success and guest experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in managing and leading the sales team through guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
- Create sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing on integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Assist with client contract negotiations and finalization.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Report sales performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with departments to support a seamless guest experience.
- Manage key accounts and develop strategies to maximize their contribution.
- Uphold hotel brand standards and follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
