Support the hotel’s overall sales strategy and objectives.
Work with the Head of Sales to contribute to revenue generation, client relationship management, and sales team success.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support strategic sales plans designed to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist with sales team leadership, guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Assist with client contract negotiation and finalization.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide improvement recommendations.
