- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and prospect for new business
- Develop and present sales proposals and action plans monthly/quarterly
- Oversee pricing strategies and budget allocation with revenue management
- Organize and execute strategic sales trips and client familiarization events
- Maintain relationships with government authorities, tourism boards, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Participate in industry forums, trade shows, and business functions
- Oversee online distribution channels and manage relationships with OTAs
- Support events and operations teams to identify synergies
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or assistant director capacity, or minimum 3 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership experience with ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
