Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2–3 years as assistant director of sales
- Valid UAE or GCC driving license
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, market segmentation, and distribution channels
- Experience in Global & local corporate and government segments
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Position Overview
- As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall sales strategy and objectives of the hotel.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will contribute to revenue generation, client relationship management, and the overall success of the sales team.
