- 7 12 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and P&L analysis
