- Ensure all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Maximize associate productivity using multi skilling, multi tasking and flexible scheduling
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage
- Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators
- Oversee the control of beverage program including recipes, inventory, and progressive menu development
- Conduct annual performance development discussions with key Food and Beverage associates
- Ensure all company minimum brand standards have been implemented
- Monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods
- Taste and monitor the food and beverage products served throughout the operation
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage management in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Knowledge of beverage program management and menu development

Your Role
- Ensure that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Spend time in public areas observing associate guest interaction and talking with guests.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Finance / Administration
- Maximize associate productivity using multi skilling, multi tasking and flexible scheduling.
- Ensure each profit center is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage.
- Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators.
- Assist in inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment.
- Responsible for control of beverage program including recipes, inventory, and progressive menu development.
Marketing
- Assist in the preparation, utilization, and update of the Annual Marketing Plan.
- Evaluate local, national, and international market trends to keep operations competitive.
- Encourage Department Heads to look for Marketing and Public Relations opportunities.
Operations
- Ensure all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
- Monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods.
- Ensure all Food and Beverage Fundamentals are introduced, implemented, and consistently maintained.
- Work closely with other Executive Committee members in a supportive and flexible manner.
- Taste and monitor the food and beverage products served throughout the operation.
- Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage associates.
