About the Role
pladis Global is hiring an Assistant Business & Category Development Manager in Jeddah to support field sales with planograms, displays, branding, and sales data analysis. The role involves developing category management projects, executing display tools, and ensuring POSM availability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Planograms, displays, Branding for the TT in order to support the Field Sales Team in execution
- Analysis of sales data for major accounts and/or channels in order to develop the catman projects across KSA
- Support in execution of permanent and temporary display tools
- Proposes/defines distribution drive programs in collaboration with the sales team
- Follow up sales team incentive programs
- Ensure that the POSM secures on time & executed on the ground
- Ensure all activity product are available in all activated areas
- Monthly Market visit to in selected cities
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational, analytical and data management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Fluency in English and Arabic
