Company Overview

Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment

  • Support end to end order fulfillment from order entry to final delivery.
  • Monitor and improve Order Fulfillment KPIs including OTD/OTIF.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales team for accurate order processing.
  • Support sales planning by aligning order priorities with inventory.

Import & Export Operations

  • Manage day to day Import and Export activities.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance for all types of Import & Export.
  • Track shipment status and resolve operational issues.

Supply Chain & Cross Functional Coordination

  • Act as coordination point between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Support alignment between demand, inventory readiness, and shipment planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and support corrective actions.

Performance Management

  • Prepare and maintain Export operational reports covering orders, shipment, and delivery status.

Insurance & Compliance

  • Support marine and land insurance management including policy administration and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

Continuous Improvement & Team Support

  • Support process improvement initiatives related to sales operations and logistics.
  • Assist in SOP updates and data quality improvements.
  • Act as backup to line manager.

Experience

  • 7–10 years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Sales Operations.
  • FMCG industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands on Import & Export experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong Order Management background.
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distributors.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Shipment tracking tools and logistics dashboards.

Soft Skills

  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow up.
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage pressure, delays, and escalations professionally.
  • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management.
