Role Overview
- Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment: Support end to end order fulfillment from order entry to final delivery.
- Import & Export Operations: Manage day to day Import and Export activities to ensure smooth execution of shipment plans.
- Supply Chain & Cross Functional Coordination: Act as a coordination point between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.
- Performance Management: Prepare and maintain Export operational reports covering orders, shipment and delivery status.
- Insurance & Compliance: Support marine and land insurance management, including policy administration, renewals, claims coordination.
- Continuous Improvement & Team Support: Support process improvement initiatives related to sales operations, order management, and logistics efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end to end order fulfillment from order entry to final delivery, ensuring alignment with customer commitments.
- Monitor and improve Order Fulfillment KPIs, including On Time Delivery (OTD) / OTIF, Order Cycle Time, Backorders and Delay Root Cause Analysis.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate order processing, confirmed delivery dates, and proactive customer communication.
- Support sales planning by aligning order priorities with inventory availability and shipment schedules.
- Manage and support day to day Import and Export activities to ensure smooth execution of shipment plans and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers regarding bookings, dispatched shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Manage freight forwarding and customs clearance brokers for all types of Import & Export including Finished Goods, Project Cargo (Machinery), and Spare Parts.
- Track shipment status and resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
- Act as a coordination point between Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless flow of orders and shipments.
- Support alignment between demand, inventory readiness, shipment planning, and customer delivery expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks across the supply chain and support corrective actions to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and maintain Export operational reports covering Orders, Shipment and delivery status; analyze performance trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in import/export operations and sales operations.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with freight forwarding and logistics.
- Ability to manage order fulfillment KPIs.
