Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and structured S&OP Specialist to support and enhance the execution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • This role plays a critical part in enabling cross functional alignment by coordinating inputs, ensuring process discipline, maintaining transparency, and tracking decisions and actions across all five steps of the monthly S&OP cycle.

Key Responsibilities S&OP Process Execution

  • Own the coordination and orchestration of the monthly S&OP cycle, including Data Gathering, Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre S&OP, and Executive S&OP.
  • Maintain and manage the S&OP calendar, ensuring each meeting and milestone is delivered on time.
  • Prepare and consolidate inputs for S&OP meetings in collaboration with Demand, Supply, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Cross Functional Alignment

  • Facilitate collaboration between commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to drive consensus around demand, supply constraints, and business risks/opportunities.
  • Ensure assumptions, decisions, and changes flow consistently across each step of the process.
  • Support scenario planning discussions and drive alignment on gap closure actions.

Action & Decision Tracking

  • Capture key decisions, risks, and follow ups during each S&OP step and track action items to closure.
  • Ensure accountability by following up with action owners and escalating unresolved issues when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support the S&OP Manager in preparing dashboards and reports related to: Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Capacity vs. Demand, OTIF & Inventory Metrics, Supply Gaps & Risk Mitigation Plans.
  • Provide insights based on trends, constraints, and changes in assumptions across cycles.

Meeting Readiness & Governance

  • Coordinate pre read materials and ensure readiness of data and presentations for each meeting.
  • Monitor adherence to the S&OP governance model and continuously identify improvement areas in process flow, tools, and stakeholder engagement.
