Ajman University's College of Humanities and Sciences is hiring an Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Clinical Psychology.
The position is scheduled to start in the Spring semester of 2024-2025.
Qualifications and Experience
- A PhD from an accredited university in the United Arab Emirates is required.
- At least three years of teaching experience in an academic institution using the credit hour system is required.
- Applicants should have published papers in journals within global databases such as Scopus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and Arabic is explicitly stated to be mandatory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses in specified discipline areas while supporting teaching, research, and service standards.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide feedback that supports student success.
- Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
- Seek methods, procedures, and resources that best achieve course objectives.
- Support and participate in accreditation initiatives.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Develop and deliver presentations.
- Work effectively with a diverse community.
- Create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Plan and implement programs.
