Position Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• A professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant professional or industry experience is required.
• Previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• The candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and professional practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Finance courses aligned with course objectives and active student engagement.
• Share current industry practices, professional standards, and workplace experiences.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
• Design innovative, practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Integrate practical applications, business cases, simulations, and emerging industry trends into classroom learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop finance competencies and professional growth.
