CSCEC Middle East is recruiting an Architectural Drafter for its Technical Department.
The role supports a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Draft architectural detail, construction, shop, landscape, structural, and coordination drawings.
- Prepare mobilization, structural general arrangement, survey coordination, and construction drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings for blockwork, finishes, tile layouts, reflected ceilings, site plans, elevations, sections, and external details.
- Coordinate landscape drawings with infrastructure drawings and coordinate interior design drawings with approved MEP shop drawings.
- Prepare material submissions, RFS documentation, technical design content, and precast panel finishing coordination drawings.
- Review subcontractor shop drawings, rebar drawings, BBS, IFC drawings, and related coordination information.
- Identify clashes for architect or technical engineer review and prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
- At least five years of experience in building projects is required.
