- Handle inbound and outbound calls

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Dermatology Clinic
- Currently stay in Dubai
- Valid self sponsored visa (Family / Freelance / Golden Visa)
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Excellent telesales and negotiation skills
- Experience with aesthetic terminology and treatments
- CRM experience preferred (Odoo is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree
