Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote academic programs, engage with prospective students, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inquiries and provide information on courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Guide students through the admissions process and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams on recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of telesales or sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
