Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for E Business Suite modules (GL, AP, FA, AP, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory and Purchasing)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements, integrations and customizations
- Design and build low code web application with Oracle Apex
- Ensure data integrity and security for enterprise applications
- Execute incident and change management protocols to ensure application stability
- Perform other department duties or projects related to Employee’s position as directed by the IT Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- 8+ years of IT experience
- PL/SQL, Alerts and Workflow development (personalization and extensions)
- Experience using Oracle EBS open interface APIs and Oracle Forms & Report Developer
- OA Framework development, Experience with XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions
- Building WEB ADI Integrator applications, Oracle workflow integration and AME highly desired
- Core APEX framework & low coding skills highly desired

About the Role
- The Application Support Engineer is responsible to provide advanced level development and support for our enterprise software applications.
- The role requires working independently on development, enhancement and automation projects, serving as the Level 2/3 technical escalation point.
Main Duties Include But Not Limited To
- Provide technical and functional support for E Business Suite modules (GL, AP, FA, AP, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory and Purchasing).

Qualifications
