- Assist in developing and driving delivery of integrated strategy for all businesses in UAE
- Support CEO Office to drive development and execution of overall country strategy and direction
- Drive delivery of country priorities, strategy, country plan, scorecard, budget, and performance targets
- Attend Country Risk Governance meetings and assist CEO Office in providing oversight of risk matters
- Assist in ensuring highest standards of governance across bank's operations in UAE
- Act as prime contact point and coordinator for CEO Office initiatives

Job Summary
- Be self directed and proactive in providing support to the CEO office in all aspects of running the UAE franchise and take on all necessary tasks as allocated by the CEO Office. Operate with a high degree of trust and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and driving the delivery of an integrated strategy for all businesses in the UAE.
- Support the CEO Office to drive the development and execution of overall country strategy and direction, ensure alignment with the Region as well as the Group.
- Drive delivery of the country priorities and strategy and the country plan, country scorecard, overall budget, financial and other performance targets.
- Facilitate an integrated 'One Bank' approach across the business and support functions.
- Ensure the country infrastructure is in place to support the business growth.
- Ensure appropriate prioritisation of issues around risk, control, investment, people, projects and change management.
- Support People Leader in all CEO office processes, including those related to Crisis Management Co ordinator, OCIR Country Co ordinator, strategy and overall governance.
- Support the CEO Office in developing and embedding a high performance culture across all businesses in the UAE.
- Attend all Country Risk Governance meetings and assist the CEO Office in providing oversight of all risk matters.
- Represent the CEO Office at various forums on request.
- Assist in working with CMT members and other key stakeholders to reinforce an effective control environment.
- Assist to ensure that the highest standards of governance are adopted across each of the Bank’s operations in the UAE.
