An Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that air freight operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position requires a deep understanding of logistics and the ability to handle complex customer service queries with professionalism and efficiency.
As part of a dynamic team, the specialist will be responsible for liaising directly with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that their air logistics needs are met in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the capability to analyze and improve service delivery processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in air logistics.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex logistical issues.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs more clearly.
- Develop strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the resolution of billing and invoicing discrepancies for clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and logistics processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse interactions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance requirements.
