- Build and launch web applications and digital products from scratch using modern development approaches
- Use AI powered development tools (Cursor, Claude, AI coding agents, etc.) to accelerate development workflows
- Write effective prompts and guide AI tools to generate accurate, scalable, and maintainable code
- Review, validate, test, and improve AI generated code to ensure quality and performance
- Work across the full development lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, continuous improvement
- Develop full stack applications including frontend, backend, database, and server setup
- Build internal tools, CRM systems, and customer facing applications
- Collaborate with a small technical team and independently own projects end to end
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve development efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously optimize existing solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
- Experience with modern frontend technologies: React.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Livewire (preferred)
- Experience building responsive web applications
- Understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, deployment workflows, server environments, and hosting platforms
- Hands on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar AI assisted coding platforms
- Ability to break down requirements into effective AI prompts and review/verify AI generated code
- Has launched products or projects from scratch (fully or partially using AI tools)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Use AI powered development tools (Cursor, Claude, AI coding agents, etc.) to accelerate development workflows.
- Write effective prompts and guide AI tools to generate accurate, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Review, validate, test, and improve AI generated code to ensure quality and performance.
- Work across the full development lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies: React.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite, Livewire (preferred).
- Experience building responsive web applications.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, deployment workflows, server environments, and hosting platforms (CPanel experience is a plus).
- Experience setting up and managing web applications from development through production.
AI Development Experience (Critical Requirement)
- Hands on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude / AI coding agents, or similar AI assisted coding platforms.
- Ability to break down requirements into effective AI prompts, direct AI tools to produce desired outcomes, review and verify AI generated code, and debug and improve AI generated solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI assisted development workflows.
