- Design, develop, and implement AI powered tools and business solutions
- Build AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations using Claude and other Generative AI platforms
- Develop executive and operational dashboards that provide actionable business insights
- Automate reporting, research, content generation, and business processes
- Create proof of concepts and rapidly develop prototypes for new AI use cases
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications
- Support AI adoption and identify opportunities to improve productivity across departments
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of professional experience in AI, Automation, Analytics, Digital Solutions, Product Development, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI powered solutions in a business environment
- Expert level hands on experience with Claude AI
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, and workflow automation
- Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms
- Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and business systems
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently convert business requirements into working AI solutions

Role Purpose
- We are seeking a highly capable AI Solutions & Automation Specialist to lead the development of AI powered tools, intelligent automations, dashboards, and productivity solutions.
- This is a hands on role for an individual who enjoys building practical AI solutions rather than focusing on research or strategy.
- A key requirement is expert level (guru) experience with Claude AI.
Key Responsibilities
