AI Project Manager / Scrum Master - Senior Associate

Role Overview

Agile Delivery and Scrum

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and tracking of team commitments.
• Remove delivery blockers and promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Improve sprint predictability, quality, and delivery performance.

Project Coordination

• Maintain project schedules, milestones, delivery plans, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate business and technical teams across project activities.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Use historical project data to identify bottlenecks, predict delays, and prevent budget overruns.
• Support project governance and status reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Align business expectations with delivery commitments.

AI Delivery Support

• Support AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
• Ensure activities align with AI CoE delivery standards and governance requirements.

Reporting and Governance

• Prepare weekly project status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain project documentation and action logs.
• Track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in RAID registers.

Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, PMO, or Agile delivery roles.
• Experience delivering technology, AI, data, analytics, or software development projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMI-PMP certification.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Project planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, status reporting, dependency management, documentation, and governance.
• Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, Agile ceremony facilitation, team coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI, SDLC, cloud and data platforms, and AI product delivery.
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Communication and Collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across multi-located and diverse teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
