About the Role

- Previous experience as a Junior Product Coordinator or Associate Product Manager

- Understanding of AI capabilities and trends (advantageous)

About the Role
- Layla AI is Chalhoub Group's AI powered beauty assistant, live on the FACES app across the UAE and KSA, helping customers discover products through features like Beauty Passport and ScentDNA.
- Join Chalhoub Group's AI Lab and help scale Layla across the FACES Middle East business — and into new brand pilots across the Group's portfolio — as our Project Coordinator, reporting to the Product Owner.
- This role sits at the center of a fast moving, cross functional program, supporting coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Retail as Layla's roadmap grows.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in coordinating the execution of the Conversational Commerce product roadmap as Layla AI scales across the FACES Middle East business.
- Support delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Retail teams.
- Coordinate CRM activations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support in store touchpoint activities for Retail Conversational Commerce.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Junior Product Coordinator or Associate Product Manager.
- Experience coordinating digital product delivery across cross functional teams (required).
- Understanding of AI capabilities and trends (advantageous).
