Role Overview

  • AI Solutions Manager / Presales Consultant required by fast growing AI Consultancy.
  • Reporting directly into the MD, we require somebody from a technical background but with 2 3 years minimum in presales and very strong client facing skills.
  • You will be working alongside the MD in helping to promote and win new customers in the AI, Physical AI, Embedded Systems, Connectivity, Autonomous Solutions, and Digital Transformation space across the UAE, shaping, qualifying, and advancing strategic opportunities.
  • This is not a pure technical SME role. We are looking for a commercially aware, structured, and proactive professional who can engage with both executive stakeholders and technical teams, helping transform client challenges into compelling solution concepts and business opportunities.

Essential Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in one or more of the following: Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Technical Project Management with commercial exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience working with technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Physical AI, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Connectivity / IoT, Digital Platforms and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation development skills.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and senior decision makers.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working within the GCC and/or wider MENA region.
  • Strong understanding of regional business culture, procurement processes, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Experience engaging with government entities, sovereign organizations, large enterprises, or strategic industry accounts in the region.
  • Existing professional network across UAE and GCC markets is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, AI adoption programs, and innovation agendas across the Middle East.
