About the Role
Accenture is seeking an AI Native Full Stack Developer to build production-grade agentic applications for enterprise clients. You will design and deliver AI-native solutions, apply AI coding assistants across the SDLC, and partner with clients to drive adoption.

Responsibilities
- Apply AI coding assistants and agents across the software development lifecycle (design, code generation, testing, review, delivery)
- Design and build enterprise ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across distributed systems using modern frameworks
- Build abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) for flexible multi provider integration
- Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event driven patterns, CI/CD, and observability to ship scalable AI native systems
- Facilitate design workshops, POCs, and code with sessions to shape agent workflows and build stakeholder confidence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years building and shipping cloud native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless, CI/CD, observability)
- Demonstrated hands on experience using AI coding tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to deliver real software
- Experience working within an AI native software development lifecycle
- Hands on experience designing and shipping production grade agentic AI solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG, etc.)
- Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Vertex AI, and open source models
- Proven experience in custom application development with strong programming ability in Python, Java, or equivalent
- Ability to design and deliver scalable, reusable solutions across systems and teams
- Experience guiding client teams through adoption of AI native software development practices
- Familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability
- English required for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries

- Experience as a Forward Deployed Developer or Agentic AI builder.
- Experience with enterprise grade architectures for compound AI systems.
- Strong grasp of AI native paradigm.
- AI certifications or hands on experience with agentic frameworks.
Compensation
- Base pay range for British Columbia/Ontario: CAD 90,850 to CAD 140,850.
