Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of AI driven performance improvement strategies across the organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, decision making, and operational effectiveness through AI technologies
- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks supported by predictive analytics and real time intelligence
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and establish data driven improvement initiatives
- Oversee evaluation, selection, deployment, and optimization of AI platforms, tools, and solutions
- Coordinate cross functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and operational leaders
- Develop roadmaps for intelligent automation, machine learning applications, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on organizational performance and competitiveness
- Ensure governance, ethical AI practices, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, performance dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, implementation timelines, and resource allocation
- Support organizational change management efforts and promote AI adoption across teams and departments
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 5–8 years of experience in performance management, digital transformation, AI implementation, business optimization, or related leadership roles
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and process automation technologies
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale transformation or performance improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving capabilities
- Strong project management experience, including budgets, timelines, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight
- Experience working with cross functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of data governance, AI ethics, privacy standards, and risk management principles
- Proven ability to translate complex technological capabilities into measurable business value
- Fluency in English; additional languages considered an advantage
