Master Works is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for real-world business problems.
The role involves taking AI models from research through production and requires experience in machine learning, data engineering, and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and big data analytics.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines from data collection and preprocessing through model training and deployment.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to provide actionable solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Work with cross-functional teams and guide or train team members in AI-related fields.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Track and evaluate AI model performance to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Ability to work with and analyze big data.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization, and deployment tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, or prompt engineering.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
