Role Overview
Support T24 ERP accounting and system-mapping activities.
Work across operations coordination, accounting-entry data gathering, system analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and mapping maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and help facilitate meetings and discussions with Operations.
- Gather information related to accounting entries from Operations.
- Gather T24 data on categories, current mapping, and company codes related to transaction entries.
- Create categories and internal accounts when required.
- Manage T24 output reporting, including Trial Balance generation.
- Analyze system results across L1, L2, and L3 layers.
- Reconcile system results against Oracle files.
- Develop and maintain working models for accounting entries.
- Implement immediate updates to mapping logic based on business feedback.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in T24 ERP accounting and system mapping.
- Experience coordinating meetings and discussions with Operations.
- Experience gathering and analyzing accounting-entry data from T24.
- Experience working with T24 Categories and T24 Current Mapping.
- Experience with T24 Company codes and their relationship to transaction entries.
- Experience creating categories and internal accounts when required.
- Experience with T24 reporting, including Trial Balance generation.
- Experience analyzing system results across L1, L2, and L3 layers and reconciling them against Oracle files.
- Experience developing and maintaining working models for accounting entries.
- Experience updating mapping logic based on business feedback.
