Role Overview
Support corporate digital channels and digital products within the Digital Banking department.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues affecting the business and customers.
Work with IT Application Support and Digital Banking Services to improve investigation, resolution, and operational practices.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate digital channel and product operations.
- Partner with IT Application Support on issue investigation, analysis, and resolution.
- Provide timely customer service, resolve problems within authority, and escalate appropriately.
- Design and maintain workflow processes for banking operations.
- Provide daily operational issue coverage and resolve related customer complaints.
- Develop and implement banking operations best practices with the Digital Banking Services team.
- Report issues to IT and perform root-cause investigations.
- Prepare issue and resolution reports with analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Familiarity with corporate banking products, services, and operations.
- Strong leadership, ownership, accountability, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while managing concurrent priorities under pressure.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
