SOOR is seeking an IT Delivery Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives.
The role works with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support efficient, high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives.
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Support project reporting and status updates.
- Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with issue and risk management.
- Support testing, deployment, and transition activities.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Ensure project activities align with organizational standards and timelines.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or a similar role is required.
- Experience supporting IT projects from planning through implementation is required.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
