Role overview
The AI and Business Intelligence Program Manager leads end-to-end data strategy and AI initiatives across Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences.
The role connects business intelligence, product, and customer operations by translating machine learning, traveler trends, and generative AI into operational strategy.
The position maintains program momentum, unblocks technical and cross-functional teams, and reports BI and performance updates to executives.
Work location
- This is a hybrid role requiring two or three days per week in the London office.
Key responsibilities
- Establish leadership reporting cadences and translate AI model performance, traveler engagement trends, and BI metrics into executive updates.
- Direct programs spanning Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Traveler CX teams.
- Track milestones and dependencies across data pipelines, predictive search, dynamic pricing, and AI support systems.
- Turn traveler behavior data and BI reporting into operational changes across the booking and trip lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data availability, BI integrations, and cross-team alignment.
