Role overview
Insight Global is recruiting an AI and Platform Engineer for a venture-backed technology company using generative AI and LLMs to transform customer engagement.
The role combines software development, AI application development, and scalable SaaS platform engineering.
The position is hybrid, with two to three days onsite.
What you will do
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain product features across AI and platform initiatives.
- Develop LLM-powered applications and optimize prompts for AI performance and customer outcomes.
- Integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and similar AI providers.
- Resolve production issues, support tickets, and customer-reported challenges.
- Build scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
- Contribute to features, bug fixes, system improvements, and platform enhancements.
- Identify technical challenges affecting customer experience and drive solutions.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience as a full stack, backend, or software engineer.
