- The position is hybrid and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain product features across AI and platform capabilities.
- Work with product, customer success, and implementation teams to resolve customer questions and support tickets.
- Write and evaluate prompts, understand model outputs, and integrate AI providers.
- Help select models for different product use cases and solve system-level customer time-to-value challenges.
- Balance feature development with maintenance, bug resolution, and customer-driven improvements.
