About the Role

- Schedule user stories from technical product backlog to Sprint plan
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure optimal flow of value
- Guide team on Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Assess Scrum Maturity of team and coach to higher levels
- Work collaboratively with Technical Product Owners to refine and maintain product backlog
- Define and manage well defined process and champion improvement initiatives
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are followed
Requirements
- Experience in Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Experience in managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Experience in coaching teams on Agile/Scrum
- Experience with agile project management tools like JIRA

Role Overview
- Responsible for end to end delivery of initiatives spanning vendor led CAPEX projects, Salesforce projects, in house product enhancements, support releases, and technical debt reduction
- Work closely with strategic vendor partners to manage delivery timelines, budgets, and quality
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from technical product backlog to Sprint plan
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies removing impediments/blockers
- Guide team on Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Assess Scrum Maturity of team and coach to higher levels
- Promote empowerment of team and encourage sustainable pace
- Work collaboratively with Technical Product Owners to refine and maintain product backlog
- Support Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations
- Define and manage well defined process and champion improvement initiatives
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are followed
- Maintain agile project management tool (ScrumDesk, JIRA, etc.)
