About the Role
The client develops enterprise CRM software for high-volume customer interactions and complex operational workflows.
The platform integrates data pipelines, event-driven automation, and bespoke connectors across sales, support, and partner channels.
The Agentic AI Developer will translate agentic research into production-grade components for CRM automation and decisioning.
The role owns end-to-end delivery from prototyping and behavioral validation to deployment under real customer workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI features for CRM workflow and decision automation.
- Develop orchestration layers for multi-step agent actions and external integrations.
- Integrate multiple LLM providers and maintain model selection logic for latency and cost targets.
- Create evaluation suites and metrics covering agent correctness, safety, and long-term effectiveness.
- Build monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for failures and unintended behaviors.
- Collaborate with product, platform engineering, and support teams to prioritize use cases and measure impact.
- Maintain development and testing infrastructure for agent experimentation and deployment.
