- Ensure end to end accuracy of aftersales revenue across all branches
- Control all internal invoicing and ensure full recovery of parts and labor
- Oversee warranty job validation, accurate coding, and timely submission of claims
- Ensure all accessories fitted are fully invoiced and reconciled
- Supervise parts inventory across all locations and monitor stock levels
- Monitor open job cards and WIP aging
- Manage aftersales receivables and track DSO
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls across branches
- Develop and track branch level dashboards covering revenue, margins, WIP, etc.

- 8–12 years of aftersales experience in automotive or multi entity environment
- Hands on experience in Autoline ERP with strong working knowledge of aftersales modules
- Experience with multi brand dealership structures strongly preferred

Overview
- Petromin Corporation is seeking an Aftersales Finance Manager to oversee revenue integrity, warranty claims, inventory management, and financial governance across automotive aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Ensure end to end accuracy of aftersales revenue (service, parts, accessories) across all branches.
- Validate job cards to invoice flow, prevent underbilling, enforce pricing/discount controls, and monitor KPIs such as Effective Labor Rate, productivity, utilization, and absorption.
- Identify and close revenue leakage gaps.
- Control all internal invoicing (PDI, reconditioning, internal repairs, demos, inter branch work).
- Ensure full recovery of parts and labor from Sales, Fleet, and Used Cars.
- Standardize internal labor rates and markups.
- Prevent margin leakage and enforce Delegation of Authority (DoA) approvals.
- Oversee warranty job validation, accurate coding, and timely submission of claims.
- Minimize rejections and ensure maximum OEM recovery.
- Track claim aging and cash realization.
- Govern goodwill and policy claims with proper approvals.
- Ensure all accessories fitted (new/used vehicles or retail) are fully invoiced and reconciled with inventory and job cards.
Mandatory Requirement
- Hands on experience in Autoline ERP with strong working knowledge of aftersales modules (service, parts, warranty). Ability to extract reports, validate transactions, and implement system controls to enhance revenue integrity and financial governance.
Preferred Experience
- 8–12 years of aftersales experience in automotive or multi entity environment. Experience with multi brand dealership structures strongly preferred.
