Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Facility Management operations.
  • Maintain and update employee, client, and vendor records.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, letters, and other documentation.
  • Manage filing systems and document control processes.
  • Coordinate with operations teams regarding work orders and service requests.
  • Monitor attendance records and maintain employee documentation.
  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and administrative inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist with procurement documentation and inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely updates.
  • Support management with administrative and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
