- Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa), tea, dates, and other refreshments
- Welcome guests and provide a warm and professional hospitality experience
- Ensure coffee service areas, equipment, and serving utensils are clean and well maintained
- Refill and maintain adequate stock levels of coffee, tea, dates, water, and related supplies
- Follow company hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards
- Support VIP meetings, events, and special functions when required
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure proper setup and presentation of hospitality areas before guest arrival
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality protocols
Requirements
- Experience in Arabic hospitality traditions
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate in Arabic
