- Supervise daily cleaning operations across all designated areas
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with cleaning vendors and in house staff for optimal service delivery
- Liaise with outsourced service providers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve service issues promptly
- Manage soft services staff including attendance, grooming, and training
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Oversee waste segregation, recycling, and disposal processes
- Schedule and monitor pest control activities
- Address client and tenant concerns efficiently
- Prepare service performance reports and audit documentation
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in soft services, especially cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Familiarity with UAE regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office
